| Baraboo has
many calendars but this is the only one that is for everyone. It doesn't
matter whether your company, business, or organization is a Baraboo
Chamber member, Kiwanis, Rotary, Optimist, Elk etc. The site is
for the community so you don't miss what's going on. We thought of
putting this together some time ago because we kept missing local events
as we didn't know about them. There isn't enough time to look in the
paper and fifteen different web sites to see what is going on and then
try and figure out how to keep it all organized. Not to mention, those sites
belong to someone and the public are not welcome to post their
events. We put this in place so you and your organization have a
common calendar that you can use for free. This way you won't miss
an opportunity because you didn't know about it!
It is easy to post your event, just click on the calendar and off you go. Once you are there, click on any calendar day for an expanded menu to show a complete month or months. When you post your event it will arrive at our office via email, we review it, approve it and post it. The only reason we would not approve it , is if it was an event that was not appropriate for this forum. It may take up to one business day to see your posting. We added this security to reduce any improper use and keep things professional. Call us any time if you get stuck or need help.
